By enrolling in an ABSOLUTE SAFETY RESTORATION AND CONSTRUCTION LLC training program, participants agree to the following terms of service:
- Course Registration: Course registration is complete only after full payment is received. Participants are required to provide accurate personal information for certification tracking and compliance purposes.
- Participant Conduct: We expect all participants to conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
- Attendance and Certification: Participants must meet minimum attendance and course requirements to qualify for NCCER certifications or OSHA Outreach credentials. Missed sessions may require participants to retake the course at their own expense.
- Course Materials: Course materials provided by Absolute Safety Restoration and Construction LLC, including textbooks and online content, are for participant use only. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of materials is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability: Absolute Safety Restoration and Construction LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in our programs, except as required by law. This includes any incidents occurring during hands-on training exercises.
- Course Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
- Certification and Assessment: Certification and assessment processes are conducted according to NCCER and OSHA standards. Absolute Safety is not responsible for any delays or issues in certification processing caused by third-party accreditation bodies.
- Policy Updates: Absolute Safety may update these Terms of Service at any time. Participants are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Refund Policy
ABSOLUTE SAFETY RESTORATION AND CONSTRUCTION LLC is committed to providing high-quality training programs to our participants. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be granted if a participant cancels their enrollment at least 7 days before the start date of the course.
- Partial Refund: If a participant cancels less than 7 days before the course begins but before the first class, a 50% refund will be provided.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued if a participant cancels after the course has started, does not attend, or fails to complete the program. Exceptions may be considered for medical or other emergencies at Absolute Safety's discretion.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Transfer Policy: Participants may transfer their enrollment to another available course within the same calendar year, provided they request the transfer at least 3 days before the original course start date.
- Certification Courses: Certification and OSHA Outreach courses have additional requirements that may limit refund eligibility based on third-party fees. These are non-refundable once course materials or exams are issued.
